There’s a shift happening in photography right now.
You can feel it, even if you can’t quite name it.

For years, “good” photography meant clean edits, creamy tones, flawless skin. I chased that too - refining my style with care and intention. But things are changing. Fast.

AI has entered the chat, and with it, a new conversation around what’s real.
What’s too perfect.
What feels fake.

Suddenly, the polished look we worked so hard to master is starting to be seen as “not real enough.” People are craving something different - more emotion, more story, more soul.

And I get it. I feel it too.

Grain is back. Raw light is in. The slightly messy, more nostalgic edits are pulling people in. We want to feel something when we look at a photo. Not just admire it.
